If we really want to find aliens (PC: “extraterrestrial life”), I think we need to invest in music education and highly praise our musical talent, which would get us to the point where we’re so loud that they won’t be able to ignore us.
Sure, they could annihilate our planet to shut us up, but there’s also the possibility of their loving us through our music. We may even be able to get an interstellar battle of the bands going.
