I’m amazed by how traumatizing this had been for me. All that’s been allowed to occur in my mind for the past 10 minutes is a continual loop of feelings of surprise, disbelief, and shame (for having intruded upon an intimate affair), with a faint and rhythmic female moan in the background. 😦
